I am a software engineer based in Vietnam. My work centers on backend development and connecting systems: REST APIs, webhooks, data processing, and the business logic behind dependable workflows. At AO PIR, I built and supported integrations for an enterprise service desk, from ticket events and attachments to production troubleshooting.
Alongside that work, I develop independent and freelance products across logistics, seller operations, news analysis, and education. I enjoy turning ambiguous processes into clear data flows, useful tools, and systems that people can maintain.
