01 / The challenge

The challenge

Supplier invoices, packing lists, and batch files arrive in different formats and need to be matched accurately within each shipment.

02 / What I built

Built Python parsers for PDF and Excel files to extract items, quantities, and weights.
Used n8n to reconcile records, enrich them from a master catalog, and produce structured shipment data.
Added validation and diagnostics for missing or inconsistent document data.

03 / The result

Generated Google Sheets for customs preparation and Chestny Znak product traceability, with discrepancies surfaced for review.
